• How Boeme Tag ID works?

  To interact, a user simply brings your phone within range of an NFC tag and is instantly presented with the corresponding content. It is also a ubiquitous technology, working across devices from iPhone to Android. Please visit boeme.co/nfc for more information on how to turn on the NFC settings on your phone.

  Please use the contact Support form on our website to resolve the concerns of existing profiles who are having issues with Smart Tag ID, want to return or exchange a product. Visit our website to Check out our Terms and Conditions for more helpful insight. 

• How to Register Tag ID to cloud profile?

  When you purchase a Smart Boeme Tags ID, we will send you a tag that is already linked to a profile, simply you can enter a number behind your tag as a username and follow instructions to edit your profile.  

  Please remember to Click “NO” next to Hide My Profile From Groups, Directories and Search Results  in order to join Boeme cricle groups. Also ased on your location , you can join relative groups from you profile Tab section ‘groups’ 

  Alternatively, if you have joined the Boeme circle before you purchase your tag, please note your username in checkout note section and we will transfer data to your new tag profile.

• Where can I find my profile settings?
  • Log in to your profile.
  • Click Edit Profile in the top right of the Profile page.
  • Select Settings & Privacy
  • Click on the setting you’d like to update from the options in the left sidebar.

  Settings include things like:

  • General: Edit the basics like your name, username, or email.
  • Security and Login: Change your password, and turn on alerts and approvals to keep your account secure.
  • Privacy: Adjust who can see things like who can see your future posts and who can look you up.
  • Blocking: Manage who and what you block.
• How can I adjust my Profile privacy settings?
  You can view and adjust your privacy settings at any time. To view and adjust your privacy settings:

  • Log-in to your profile.

  • Click Setting  in the top right of profile Tabs.
  • Select Settings & Privacy
  • Click Privacy in the left column.
  • To turn this setting on or off:
    • Click Edit Profile in the top right of your profile.
    • Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
    • In the left column, click Privacy.
    • Click “YES” next to Hide My Profile From Groups, Directories, and Search Results
    • Review your current settings and make your selection.

    When you adjust this setting, keep in mind:

    • In order for the public to be able to Tap your tag ID and direct to your profile, Profile privacy should be set to Everyone.
    • In order to use our supportive and inclusive pet community, DO NOT hide your profile From Groups, Directories and Search Results.
• How do I change or reset my profile password?
  Change Your Password

  To change your password on your profile  if you’re already logged in:

  • Click Setting Tap in the top right of Profile.
  • Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
  • Click Security and Login.
  • Click Edit next to Change password.
  • Enter your current password and new password.
  • Click Save Changes.
  • Reset Your Password
    To reset your password if you’re not logged in to your profile:
    • Go to the Login Page
    • Type the email, or username associated with your account, then click Search.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions.

   
• I'm seeing an "Incorrect Password" error message when I try to log into my account.
  If you see an error message saying “Incorrect Password” and you’re sure you entered the right password:

  • Make sure that your caps lock key is turned off and try again.
  • Reset your password.
  • Try upgrading your browser or using a different web browser (like Firefox or Internet Explorer).

  If you’re still having trouble getting into your account, contact Support team.

   

• What should I do if I don’t want search engines to link to my profile?
  To turn this setting on or off:

  • Click Edit profile in the top right of your profile.
  • Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
  • In the left column, click Privacy.
  • Click “YES” next to Hide My Profile From Groups, Directories and Search Results
  • Review your current settings and make your selection.

  When you adjust this setting, keep in mind:

  • In order to public be able to Tap your tag ID and direct to your profile, Profile privacy should set to Everyone.
  • In order to use our supportive and inclusive pet community, DO NOT hide your profile From Groups, Directories and Search Results.
  • Turning this off Group only controls if a search engine will link to your profile in a search engine’s search results. Information from your profile and some things you share (such as public information) can still appear in search engine results even if you select No.
  • This includes things you share with the audience set to Public, posts and comments on Pages and public groups and posts in the Community Forum section of the Help Center.
• How Do I log into my online profile account?
  • Go to Boeme.co
  • Click on 👤 icon on the menu bar.
  • Click Email or Username and enter one of the following:
    
    • Email: You can log in with any email that’s listed on your Profile account.
    • Username: You can also log in with your username, if you set one up.
  • Click Password and enter your password.
  • Click Log In.
• How do I add friends to Friends list on my profile?
  To find and add a friend on Boeme Circle group :

  • Log into your account.
  • Click on Boeme Circle from your Menu bar.
  • Click the search bar in the top left of Group list.
  • Type your friend’s name into the search bar and click search.
  • To send someone a friend request, click  their profile picture and click on Add friend .
  • Some people might not have Add Friend option next to their profile picture, depending on their privacy settings.
  • Please note you can use advanced search to search for member in your area or with any specific status. 
• How to unfriend someone?
  • Go to that person’s profile by typing their name into the search bar at the top of Boeme Circle page.
  • Click  at the top of their profile.
  • Click Unfriend, then Confirm.

  Note: If you can’t find the person you want to unfriend, their account may be deactivated.
• I got a notification saying I received a friend request, but I don't see it on my account?
  f you got a notification saying you received a friend request, but you don’t see it on your account:

  • The person who sent the friend request may have deleted the request.
  • You may have already denied the friend request.
  • The person who sent the friend request may have deactivated their account after sending the request.

  If the person’s account is active, you can send them a friend request or ask them to send you another request.

• How do I accept a friend request ?
  • Log into your account.
  • Click on Notification bar
  • • Click Confirm next to a request to accept it.

     

• Why I can't find my signup confirmation email?
  If you have purchased Boeme Tag ID and created a account with an email, we sent a confirmation link to that email once we have linked your profile to the Tag ID. If you can’t find your confirmation email:

  • Check your junk mail folder. If you’re using Gmail, check your Social emails.
  • Make sure that you entered the correct email. If you entered the wrong email, you can change it and send the email again.
  • You can try creating your account with a Username instead of an email.
• How do I find my Profile Page URL For Public?
  To find your Page ID:

  • From News Feed, click Pages in the left side menu.
  • Typically profile page structure is as per below: 

  https://boeme.co/my-profile?uid=YourUsername

• How do I add or edit information to my Page?
  • Click on 👤 icon on the menu bar and Log into your Account.

  • From your News Feed, click View Profile.
  • Go to your Page and click Edit Page Info on the left side.
  • Click the section you want to edit and add info.

  This info will appear in your Page’s About section and on the right side of your Page’s timeline.
• How do I add or edit a photos on my Profile Page?
  • Go to your Page.
  • Click Photo/Video at the top of your Page’s timeline.
  • Select a video from your computer.
  • Add a title for your video at the top, an optional description and tags.
  • Click the sections in the right column to add more information to your video (example: thumbnail, distribution and subtitles), then click Next.
  • Click Publish.
• How do I manage User labels to show on Group?

  All existing registered users are automatically assigned to Boeme Circle to help users to search for specific user with status such as Lost Mode, Rescue Looking For New Homes, Looking for Mating Partner, Overnight Boarding, Favorite Pets Playground.

  You can set or remove these labels :

  • Go to your Page.
  • Click Edit Profile at the top of your Page’s timeline.
  • Select or remove Labels on top of edit profile page. 
• Who Can search me on Group page?
  We takes privacy concerns seriously, including when it comes to your search activity.

  Everyone, except people you’ve blocked, can search for you and click on your profile, but what they can see about you in search results depends on what’s shared with them.

  Search results respect your privacy settings, whether it’s info you’ve shared or posts with tags of you that others have shared. You can adjust what others can see on your profile and timeline, and who can see the things you share.
• How do I see a list of Boeme Circle groups?
  To see a list of your groups:

  • Log into your account
  • click on Boeme Circle from your Menu bar
  • Click See More to see all the groups you manage or are in.
• How do I report inappropriate or abusive things on Group (example: nudity, hate speech, threats)?
  We’re sorry you’re having a bad experience on Boeme Circle Group, and we want to help.

  If you want to report something that goes against our Community Standards (example: nudity, hate speech, violence):

  • Go to the Support form below this page to report it to us.

  If you want to report something that goes against our Community Standards but you don’t have an account or can’t see the content (example: someone blocked you) you can ask a friend to help you.

  Remember that you should contact local law enforcement if you ever feel threatened by something you see on our Group page.

  We take things down from Boeme Groups if they go against our Community Standards. If we don’t take down something that you reported, you can still use your settings and preferences tools to control your experience .

   These tools will help you to see less content like this in the future.
• What types of behavior does Boeme identify as abusive?
  The following behavior isn’t allowed on ant profile or group page:

  • Posting things that don’t follow the Boeme Community Standards (ex: Animal cruelty and human violence, threats, hate speech, graphic violence).
  • Using Group page to bully, impersonate or harass anyone.
  • Abusing Our website features (ex: sending friend requests to many people you don’t know). Overusing features could make other people feel uncomfortable or unsafe. As a result, we have limits in place to limit the rate at which you can use features. Learn more about these limits.
• Who can I send messages to other Boeme members?

  You can send messages to anyone on Boeme Circle . Messages you send to people you’re not friends with may arrive in their Message Requests folder or not be delivered to them at all if they chose to not to receive message requests in their settings.

  • Click on 👤 icon on the menu bar and Log into your Account.

  • Click on Boeme Circle from your Menu bar .
  • Find member that you want send massage and click on their profile picture
  • click on massage from their profile page.
  • you can manage all your messages from Messages tab on your profile .
• What steps we take to keep minors safe?
  Depending on your child’s age, you might go through their privacy shortcuts and account settings together to make selections you’re both comfortable with. No matter how old your child is, we recommend that you make using responsibly part of an ongoing conversation about the internet and technology. Talk about your expectations, about how they’ll behave online and help them understand what’s safe. Be sure your teen understands these basic examples of internet safety:

  • Never share your password.
  • Think before you post.
  • Only accept friend requests from people you know personally.
  • Report anything that looks suspicious.
• How do I deal with spam on Groups?
  Spam involves contacting people with unwanted content or requests. This includes sending bulk messages, excessively posting links or images to people’s timelines and sending friend requests to people you don’t know personally.

  Spam is sometimes spread through clicking on bad links or installing malicious software. On other occasions, scammers gain access to people’s Profile accounts, which are then used to send out spam.

  If you clicked on something that turned out to be spam or your account is creating unwanted posts, events, groups or Pages, try these steps:

  Secure your account

  • If you can log into your account, we recommend changing your password. If you can’t get into your account, you can secure it.
  • If someone is repeatedly posting something you think is spam, consider unfriending, blocking or reporting that person.
